Instructions
Step 1: Mash the Bananas
In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
Step 4: Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients
Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients together, stirring just until combined.
Step 5: Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush melted butter on top of the batter, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly.
Step 6: Bake the Bread
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 7: Cool & Serve
